Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing industrial supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure zero discrepancy.
- Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate daily workflow to meet operational KPIs.
- Manage the issuance of goods and verify picking/packing accuracy against delivery orders.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environment (SHE) protocols within the warehouse facility.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchasing team to prevent shortages.
- Implement and maintain 5S and housekeeping standards to ensure an organized working environment.
- Prepare regular analytical reports on inventory movement and warehouse performance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in warehouse, store, or inventory management.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Strong knowledge of stock control procedures and industrial supply chain best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small team.
- High level of integrity, punctuality, and ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to perform physical tasks as required in a warehouse environment.
