As a Store Coach, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our premium retail outlets by providing hands-on training in product knowledge, advanced sales techniques, luxury customer service, beauty consultation, and professional makeup application. Responsibility

  • Provide on-the-job coaching to retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Train team members in luxury beauty consultation and professional makeup application to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and development plans to improve results.
  • Ensure brand standards are consistently met in visual merchandising, customer service, and store operations.
  • Collaborate with store management to identify training needs and design tailored programs for skill enhancement.
  • Lead by example by demonstrating expert-level sales and service skills in high-traffic retail environments.
  • Assist in inventory management and product knowledge updates to keep the team informed on new launches and trends.
  • Foster a positive, motivating work culture that aligns with the brand’s values and drives team cohesion.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion, beauty, or luxury goods, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or coaching role.
  • Proven track record in sales training, team leadership, and performance improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of beauty products, skincare, and makeup application techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and mentor diverse teams.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages, such as Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
  • Passion for customer service excellence and a keen eye for detail in luxury retail standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in beauty consultation or makeup artistry is highly advantageous.
