Olympic Village Enterprises Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Supervisor to join our team at the prestigious Robinsons Magnolia branch. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our store operations, ensuring that our brand standards are upheld and our sales targets are consistently exceeded.
As the Store Supervisor, you will act as the primary point of contact for daily store management, providing mentorship to your team and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. You will work closely with Area Sales Managers and our VP of Sales & Operations to implement strategic sales initiatives, optimize inventory management, and drive store performance to new heights. Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate retail staff to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention measures.
- Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to execute visual merchandising plans and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving escalated queries and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports to senior management.
- Maintain optimal staffing schedules to ensure peak efficiency during high-traffic periods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail industry.
- Strong background in sales performance management and inventory control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and modern Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by mall operations.
