Responsibility
- Develop and execute in-store promotional strategies to drive product sales and brand visibility.
- Collaborate with retail partners to plan and implement effective sales campaigns and merchandising activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations, sampling, and customer engagement initiatives to boost sales.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, promotional activities, and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail staff, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, promotional guidelines, and retail standards.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer preferences and competitive insights.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive and strategic promotional efforts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, promotions, or retail, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving promotional success.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a passion for engaging with consumers.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape and consumer market is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
