Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on fishing gear, accessories, and outdoor equipment.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout, including stocking shelves and displaying merchandise.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, tracking stock levels, and reporting discrepancies.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to enhance their shopping experience and drive sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and promotional goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and company promotions to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (fishing/outdoor industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of fishing equipment, outdoor gear, or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail or sales are advantageous.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a bonus.
