Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality products at competitive prices.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies with vendors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers to support business needs.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., sales, logistics) to align purchasing strategies with demand forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities, expenditures, and supplier performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain, preferably in retail or FMCG.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with local suppliers and market conditions in Bali is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
