Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of retail associates, ensuring exceptional customer service and brand representation.
- Develop and implement staff schedules to optimize store coverage and productivity.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock management, and ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.
- Drive sales performance by setting targets, tracking KPIs, and motivating the team to achieve goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with the store manager to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional shopping experiences.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising principles.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
