Responsibility
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using company systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and pricing.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock availability to customers.
- Generate sales reports and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
- Assist in achieving sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all transactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or order processing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using order management systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Familiarity with the local market and customer preferences in Bali is an advantage.
