Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients purchasing mobile phones, accessories, and related products.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs, offering expert advice on features and benefits.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and digital payments.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout, including stocking and restocking merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or supply needs to management.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Stay updated on the latest mobile technology trends, product launches, and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of mobile phones, accessories, and consumer electronics is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
