Responsibility
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and resolving inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout to enhance the shopping experience.
- Restock merchandise, monitor inventory levels, and assist with stocktaking to ensure product availability.
- Promote sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques while meeting individual and team targets.
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and participate in store events or promotions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Customer-focused mindset with a friendly, approachable demeanor and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights (up to 10 kg), and perform repetitive tasks.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems or retail software is advantageous but not required.
