Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending products or services.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Process transactions efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems, including handling cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing, including restocking merchandise and maintaining cleanliness.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with merchandising displays to enhance product visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Russian) is a plus.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems or cash handling.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required by the retail schedule.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Prior experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is advantageous but not required.
