Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective team leadership and customer engagement strategies
- Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, visual merchandising, and inventory management
- Train, coach, and develop retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge
- Implement and monitor promotional campaigns and in-store marketing initiatives
- Maintain store presentation standards in alignment with Levi's brand guidelines
- Analyze sales reports and provide actionable insights to improve store performance
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with the store manager on staff scheduling and workforce optimization
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail supervision or team leadership roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fashion retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail inventory management
- Passion for fashion and the Levi's brand with up-to-date product knowledge
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus
