Responsibility
- Manage daily retail operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
- Process transactions, handle cash, and ensure accurate financial records.
- Assist in bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciling accounts using Microsoft Office tools.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation.
- Provide exceptional in-store customer service and resolve inquiries professionally.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales and financial reports for management.
- Collaborate with the team to improve store efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
- Basic accounting knowledge or experience with financial tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and computer operations.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional accounting courses are a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management is advantageous.
