Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing retail space, including stocking, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide expert advice.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive, high-energy store environment.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and resolve them in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are welcome).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping customers.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, inventory software) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (preferably Badung area).
