Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of store associates to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure store standards for cleanliness, merchandising, and product availability are maintained
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to minimize waste and maximize sales
- Handle cash management, including register reconciliation and banking procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Implement promotional activities and sales strategies to drive store performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
