Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with product inquiries, fitting, and purchases.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards, including product displays, signage, and cleanliness.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and assist in regular stock takes to ensure optimal availability.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and efficient store environment.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift/move products (up to 10 kg).
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management is advantageous.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluency in Indonesian and basic English (spoken and written).
