Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and key decision-makers in assigned retail locations across Bali.
- Ensure optimal product visibility and availability by implementing effective merchandising strategies and maintaining in-store displays.
- Execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets in assigned territories.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor product performance, gather market intelligence, and identify opportunities for sales improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and supply chain, to align retail strategies with broader business objectives.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to management.
- Train and support store staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies to enhance in-store sales.
- Address and resolve any issues related to product availability, pricing, or promotions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a similar role within the consumer goods or retail industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with store owners, managers, and customers.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali to visit assigned retail locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
