Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of store associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to achieve targets.
- Manage stock levels, place orders, and conduct regular inventory checks to minimize shrinkage.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Collaborate with the store manager to implement promotions, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail management are a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
