Responsibility
- Lead and supervise store staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Drive sales and achieve targets through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Conduct regular stock checks, place orders, and manage inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail management are a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
