Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of retail associates to ensure high performance and exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and sales targets.
- Drive sales growth by implementing effective merchandising, promotions, and client engagement strategies.
- Maintain store standards in visual presentation, cleanliness, and product organization to reflect brand excellence.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and service quality.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role, preferably in beauty, wellness, or luxury goods.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and engage customers.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, merchandising, and POS systems.
- High attention to detail with a passion for brand representation and customer experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is advantageous.
