Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local retail standards.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct regular staff performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Implement promotional strategies and visual merchandising to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on store performance, expenses, and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within retail, FMCG, or convenience store operations.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills with a focus on resolution.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (POS systems, Excel, inventory software).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and late shifts.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
