Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer service standards.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role.
