Responsibility
- Engage with customers in retail environments to promote and sell Oase Technology Asia products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective customer interactions and product demonstrations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining attractive product displays in assigned retail locations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to drive sales and meet targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
