Responsibility
- Lead and supervise store staff, ensuring high levels of productivity, customer service, and team morale.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and sales targets.
- Implement company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards to enhance store appeal.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to meet performance expectations and career goals.
- Coordinate with management on promotional campaigns, stock replenishment, and seasonal displays.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a retail supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
