Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise store staff, ensuring high levels of productivity, customer service, and team morale.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and sales targets.
  • Implement company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards to enhance store appeal.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to meet performance expectations and career goals.
  • Coordinate with management on promotional campaigns, stock replenishment, and seasonal displays.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a retail supervisory or assistant manager role.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
