Based in the vibrant retail hubs of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our brand’s reputation for excellence and innovation in the fashion industry.

Responsibility

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, resolving customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain store presentation and cleanliness to align with brand standards.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of store staff.
  • Collaborate with the regional management team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role, with leadership potential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
  • Passion for fashion and retail, with a keen eye for trends and customer preferences.
  • Proven ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by retail schedules.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
