Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and brand standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports and recommendations to management.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the head office on promotions, stock replenishment, and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of store staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail supervision or management, preferably in beauty or wellness.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet performance targets.
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service best practices.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry with a customer-centric mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail management are a plus.
