Responsibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail outlet to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Stock and replenish merchandise, ensuring products are well-displayed and readily available.
- Participate in training sessions to learn about product features, benefits, and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with a solution-oriented approach.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent qualification (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
- Basic understanding of retail operations or beauty products is a plus (but not required).
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
