Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Educate customers on skincare products, ingredients, and routines to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Drive sales by meeting and exceeding monthly targets through effective product recommendations and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, product launches, and industry developments to provide expert advice to customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry.
- Strong passion for skincare and knowledge of products, ingredients, and routines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the store schedule.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a customer-first mindset.
