Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective merchandising and customer engagement strategies.
- Manage and maintain optimal inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and minimizing wastage.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and staff scheduling.
- Conduct regular performance reviews for store staff, providing feedback and training to improve productivity.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotions to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and retail standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management and basic financial reporting.
