Responsibility
- Accurately process and confirm customer orders via phone, email, or digital platforms.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
- Liaise with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, finance) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction.
- Track order statuses and provide real-time updates to clients.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Maintain detailed records of transactions, customer interactions, and feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or order management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in CRM software, order management systems, or Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
