Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods while ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
Qualifications
