Responsibility
- Accurately process and confirm customer orders via phone, email, or digital platforms.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving order-related issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Enter and verify order details in the company’s CRM or ERP system with high accuracy.
- Follow up with clients to confirm order receipt and satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking order metrics for performance analysis.
- Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or order processing, preferably in retail or FMCG.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM/ERP systems.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic mathematical skills for order calculations and pricing adjustments.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
