Responsibility
- Lead and manage multiple retail outlets across Bali, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand standards.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market penetration.
- Optimize store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and staffing to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Build and mentor high-performing retail teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., sales targets, conversion rates, customer satisfaction) and implement data-driven decisions to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, loyalty programs, and in-store events that boost foot traffic and sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health/safety standards across all locations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a multi-store leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and leading high-performing teams.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in retail KPIs, P&L management, and data analysis.
- Experience in inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer experience optimization.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, to meet business demands.
