Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Supervise and train store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of professionalism.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in achieving sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on store performance, sales, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to plan and execute in-store events and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets in a retail environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management and basic financial reporting.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
