Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients in selecting mobile phones, accessories, and related products.
- Manage counter operations, including sales transactions, inventory tracking, and cash handling with accuracy.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, ensuring they make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space to enhance the shopping experience.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to monitor stock levels and report low inventory to management.

Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or sales experience is a plus.
