Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Provide accurate and timely information about products, pricing, availability, and promotions.
- Coordinate and confirm customer appointments for consultations, measurements, and installations.
- Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy, offering effective solutions to maintain satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales support.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide informed assistance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude toward resolving customer issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
