Responsibility
- Lead and manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Drive sales targets and KPIs through strategic planning, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and optical industry standards.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising of eyewear products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to implement marketing campaigns and operational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in optical or fashion retail.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams to success.
- Strong knowledge of optical products, lens technology, and eyewear trends.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
