Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and retail standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Monitor store performance metrics (sales, foot traffic, conversion rates) and implement improvement strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to enhance product presentation and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the management team on promotional campaigns, sales initiatives, and store events.
- Uphold health, safety, and security protocols to create a secure shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail supervision or assistant management roles.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (POS systems, MS Office) and retail software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail schedules.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
