Responsibility
- Implement and monitor compliance with company SOPs for recruitment, training, promotions, finance, stock management, and daily operations.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee inventory control, including stock receipts, transfers, and cycle counts, to ensure accuracy and minimize losses.
- Develop and execute in-store promotional activities and visual merchandising strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff for continuous improvement.
- Manage store finances, including cash handling, daily sales reporting, and expense tracking.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with the regional manager to align store operations with company goals and market trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the retail industry, preferably in sports or fashion.
- Proven track record of driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of retail SOPs, inventory management, and financial processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by store operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and POS systems.
- Passion for the ASICS brand and a customer-first mindset.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
