Responsibility

  • Lead and oversee daily retail operations to ensure seamless store performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Motivate, train, and mentor store personnel to achieve and exceed sales KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention protocols.
  • Execute visual merchandising strategies in alignment with brand guidelines to drive store traffic and engagement.
  • Resolve customer escalations with professionalism to maintain brand reputation and loyalty.
  • Analyze daily and weekly sales reports to identify trends and implement actionable store improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a retail supervisory or team lead capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of consumer electronics and the Apple ecosystem is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Amenable to working shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on store needs.
  • Resilient, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
