Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a high-performing retail team to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and revenue growth.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports to optimize store profitability.
- Maintain exceptional in-store standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and product presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally to ensure a positive brand experience.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with headquarters on promotions, stock orders, and seasonal campaigns to align with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in retail store management, preferably in fashion, consumer goods, or luxury retail.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Sales-driven mindset with a deep understanding of retail KPIs, P&L management, and inventory control.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in POS systems, retail software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business demands.
- Local knowledge of Bali’s retail market and consumer behavior is highly advantageous.
