Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily, monthly, and annual administrative reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Verify and reconcile shipment details against delivery orders (surat jalan) to guarantee correct product distribution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Process sales transactions, handle cash and digital payments, and provide receipts to customers.
- Assist in visual merchandising to create an appealing in-store experience that attracts and engages customers.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions and sales campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in consumer products or electric mobility sectors.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, POS systems).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with inventory management and shipment verification processes.
