Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee daily, monthly, and annual administrative reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Verify and reconcile shipment details against delivery orders (surat jalan) to guarantee correct product distribution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Process sales transactions, handle cash and digital payments, and provide receipts to customers.
  • Assist in visual merchandising to create an appealing in-store experience that attracts and engages customers.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions and sales campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in consumer products or electric mobility sectors.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, POS systems).
