Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily store/restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows to meet business objectives.
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and rotation to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to boost brand visibility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store/restaurant environment that aligns with brand aesthetics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality, retail, or F&B industry.
- Proven track record of managing teams, driving sales, and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required by the business.
- Passion for hospitality, customer experience, and team development.
- Familiarity with Baliâs tourism and hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
