Responsibility
- Manage daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Provide expert advice and counseling to customers on over-the-counter and prescription medications.
- Drive sales growth by promoting healthcare products, loyalty programs, and in-store promotions.
- Lead and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and customer service excellence.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, sales, and inventory using pharmacy management systems.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and suppliers to ensure product availability and quality.
- Uphold Watsons' standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer experience in the pharmacy section.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent; licensed to practice in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a pharmacist, preferably in a retail or hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, regulations, and customer service best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management or supervision.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and basic computer applications.
