Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- Present and promote company products to potential and existing customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and territory management.
- Conduct product training and educational sessions for healthcare providers to ensure proper usage and understanding.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and expense accounts to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotional events and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a designated territory effectively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned regions.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products is an advantage.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
