Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric conditions, from common infections to complex medical issues.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and therapists, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Educate parents and guardians on child health, nutrition, and developmental milestones.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs to promote child wellness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay current with advancements in pediatric medicine through continuous education and professional development.
Qualifications
- Medical degree from a recognized institution and specialization in Pediatrics (Sp.A).
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in pediatric care.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children and their families.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
