Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and electrotherapy.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting interventions as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to address acute and chronic conditions, such as back pain, arthritis, or stroke recovery.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy through continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice as a Physiotherapist in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation center.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques (e.g., massage, ultrasound, TENS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse patient groups.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in specialized areas (e.g., sports physiotherapy, geriatrics) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
