Responsibility
- Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy and precision in test results.
- Follow strict laboratory protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a sterile and efficient working environment.
- Record and analyze test data, preparing reports for medical staff and researchers.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret laboratory findings and provide insights for patient care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and participate in quality control and assurance programs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory techniques and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff and interns as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or research laboratory setting.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in using laboratory information systems and data management tools.
- Certification or licensure as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) or equivalent is preferred.
- Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
