Responsibility

  • Provide individual and group counseling to clients facing mental health challenges, trauma, or social difficulties.
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop personalized care plans for clients.
  • Collaborate with local healthcare providers, NGOs, and government agencies to coordinate holistic support services.
  • Facilitate community outreach programs to raise awareness about mental health, social welfare, and available resources.
  • Advocate for clients’ rights and access to essential services, including housing, healthcare, and legal support.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Provide crisis intervention and emergency support to individuals in distress.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development workshops to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Valid social work license or certification (e.g., LSW, LCSW, or equivalent international credential).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social work, mental health counseling, or community support.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including expatriates, locals, and marginalized groups.
  • Strong understanding of mental health disorders, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention techniques.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work in a multicultural environment like Bali.
  • Proficiency in English; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia or other local languages is a plus.
