Responsibility
- Deliver high-quality patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or medical staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Assist with wound management, including dressing changes and monitoring healing progress.
- Provide continence support and personal hygiene assistance to patients with mobility or health limitations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date nursing records and patient documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to senior medical staff promptly.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing license or registration as an Enrolled Nurse (or equivalent).
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience in patient care, preferably in hospitals or long-term care facilities.
- Proficient in medication administration, wound care, and basic life support (BLS) procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and nursing documentation systems.
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding ethical nursing practices.
